The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

You will also have:

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Part time positions only: The salary for this position starts at $15.50 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, Eddie Bauer, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan with company match after 500 hours if age 21 or older, overtime pay, flexible work schedule, paid sick leave, and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility). • Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
